I placed an order and received within 2 business days. Unfortunately I realised once received that I had ordered the wrong size. I contacted Strapify as soon as I realised and they got back to me within 30mins advising I could exchange without any issues. Be great if all online purchases were this easy.

The web store was easy to navigate and the check out process was hassle free. The product I order arrived on time but unfortunately I realised it was wrong size (my error). I found the correct size and contacted customer support for an exchange. The team replied promptly and have again made it painless.

The team made it really easy when I put the wrong delivery address in to correct it and send to the right place.

After trying to find a strap for my Garmin for months, I discovered Strapify. The selection was amazing and got my rose gold Quick release strap delivered quickly. It was beautiful, but I had ordered the wrong size. The team were very helpful with my exchange. I will be using Strapify from now on.

On receiving my order, I was disappointed to find I'd ordered the wrong size. Customer Service was super helpful in rectifying this for me, no problems.

Due to my own mistake in measuring my watch, I ordered the wrong band width from Strapify when I was replacing my broken original band. Sam from customer service quickly helped me out before the order shipped, even upgrading my order to the more expensive band size I needed for no cost! After that was all sorted, the order came quickly in the post and the quality of my new watch band is great.

Strapify is a 5 out of 5 company with there customer service they get back to you with 10 minutes and have a great product

Excellent return service

I love my Garmin watch but wanted something a bit more fashionable to wear when I'm not running or hiking. An ad for Strapify came up on my social media and I was amazed at the variety of bands I could buy to fit my watch. Throughout the purchase process the customer service has been wonderful, great communication and help in ensuring I get the appropriate band to fit my watch. I have bought one new band but it won't be my last.

Excellent service

I bought a suede strap that arrived quickly and was easy to fix to my watch. The strap looks great and is a beautiful product. Unfortunately, one of the quick release springs broke but the Strapify team was extremely helpful and sent a replacement strap straight away.

Really great service from these guys. I made a mistake on my order and they exchanged with no hassles. My Galaxy Watch looks really classy now.
